Before we deliver and deploy your custom solution we will work with you and your nominated users to transfer the skills required to give you full ownership of the system and enable your employees to make full use of it.

This may involve on-site training and technical briefings to those staff nominated to administer the application.

Once the application has been delivered Ellion offers a range of services to maintain and support the systems we develop for you.
The programme we provide will depend on the amount and regularity of support you require. It may take the form of ad hoc support, advice on how to use the application and incremental enhancements and upgrades.

Our support service can be set-up for remote access, a dedicated point of contact with up to 24/7 support and subject to a service level agreement.

Clients can also access an online tracking system to report incidents and requests and monitor their progress in real-time.
